We're not sure which yahoo is in charge of these Nutritional Food Pyramids, but they've clearly missed the Obvious. Who needs water in the summer months when you can throw back something as crisp and clean, bright and refreshing as this Sauv Blanc? And as for the fruit group, this bottle is swirling with hints of citrus and melon. And with its focused acidity, this is an easy pill to swallow. I think it's time we sketch a new Pyramid and start with the Obvious.
